The vision and passion to see ahead began over 65 years ago.  Hirschfeld designed and built Manhattan’s first modern open air garage.           As demand for urban parking grew, Hirschfeld owned and built the most garages throughout New York City.

Today Hirschfeld continues to lead in expansive building developments including luxury residential towers, office buildings, shopping malls and hotels.
